EDUCATION : Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.CERTIFICATION / LICENSES : Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
BLS Certification required or to be obtained within 2 weeks of hire.All other required certifications must be secured within 6 months of hire.
Existing certifications at the time of hire must be maintained without a grace period for renewal.SKILLS : Current knowledge and skills relevant to the age / type of patient population served.
Sensitivity to patient rights in care delivery.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, appropriate to the developmental age of the patient.
EXPERIENCE : Relevant clinical nursing experience preferred, with specific requirements varying by level (I, II, III, IV).
NATURE OF SUPERVISION : Responsible to : Patient Care Director or Manager
