Physical Therapist / Clinic Manager

Overview :
Athletico Physical Therapy is looking for a full-time Clinic Manager / Physical Therapist at our clinic in Fairfield, OH .
Candidates must have 6 months of prior experience as a Physical Therapist for the Clinic Manager role. This position is 40 hours per week , and we will consider candidates with 32+ hours of availability .
The hired Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting , treating patients of all ages with health-related conditions to reduce pain and improve or restore mobility .

Caseload & Productivity :
- You will manage a general orthopedics caseload for patients of all ages.
- The Fairfield facility enables multiple skilled providers to address various patient needs, including pre-op, post-op, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents , and work-related injuries .
- Clinic Managers will balance managerial responsibilities with providing direct patient care .

Job Requirements :
- Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
- Eligible for Ohio state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Must be a team player and able to build relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
- 6 months of prior experience as a PT is required for the Clinic Manager role.
- Full-time is required for the CM role. Candidates with 32 hours of availability per week will be considered.
