ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brian Pepelnjak - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
