Qualifications and Education Requirements
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with current, unrestricted license in California
Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records
Experience working in a psychiatric unit or skilled nursing facility
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with facility staff, patients, and families
Ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care
Location / Responsibilities - California
Manage residents experiencing acute changes in their condition
Provide behavioral and medication management
