About the Role

We're looking for a strong Operations Analyst Temp to provide data support essential to ensuring the seamless operation of our fulfillment centers, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately delivering a superior experience to our customers.

In this role, working alongside the Process Engineering team, you will leverage quantitative evidence and conduct deep analysis to directly impact the business's long-term growth and will have an opportunity to work as a key contributor to a high-growth team.

Duration : 6-9 months (Contract)

Responsibilities :

• Convert raw data into easily readable tables and summaries
• Provide data and insights to enable building of tools that support decision-making for strategic business initiatives
• Use knowledge of data visualization best practices to create and optimize Tableau dashboards, providing users a concise and effective view into key metrics
• Work closely with Process Engineering team colleagues to incorporate data into WMS logic when designing warehouse process improvements
• Support evidence-based project proposals through analysis of operations logs
• Verify accuracy and consistency of data records

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree (or working toward) in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment logistics, and / or grocery retail
• Thorough understanding of work measurement programs such as MTM and MOST, and time study techniques
• Experience in process improvement (familiarity with frameworks / methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, data manipulation, and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience using Tableau
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure while managing competing demands and tight deadlines

Compensation Range

The annual US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,560 - $80,000

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience and work locations.
