Role Overview : The Entry-Level Travel Advisor will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and activities.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, making travel recommendations, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Engagement :

• Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Travel Planning :

• Research and recommend travel destinations, accommodations, and activities based on clients' interests and budgets.
• Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services.

Destination Expertise :

• Provide clients with valuable insights and tips to enhance their travel experience.

Training and Development :

Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your travel planning skills and industry knowledge.

Client Satisfaction :

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Passion for travel and helping others plan their trips.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Fluency in English, Multilingualism is a plus
• Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
• Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
