Role Definition :

Provides direction and engineering support for design and development of complex technologies, components, systems, products, or services.

Responsibilities :

Lead the technical strategy and direction for CTCT Application and Platform Software

Two-way communication with leaders in CTCT to establish and maintain a shared, consistent understanding of the direction and goals to deliver business outcomes

Active participation in finding technical solutions that will satisfy both Caterpillar and Trimble expectations

Work with other CTCT Software leaders on decisions that cross multiple product teams

Work with other technical leaders to establish standards, best practices, and a culture of continuous improvement that leads to the best outcomes

Use an understanding of technology trends, directions, and approaches from adjacent industries to identify opportunities, and influence outcomes, for CTCT Software

Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Mathmatics curriculum.

Pay Equity

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and / or offer for this position.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
