ROLES& RESPONSIBILITIES :
Research Create andExecute travel itineraries for your clients.
Review individual needs and wants for travel to ensure you plan atrip designed specifically for your client.
Review budgets and plan client trips accordingly.
Book travel needs including airlines hotels car rentalscruises tours events and much more!
Effectivelycommunicate with clients pre and post travel to ensure clientsatisfaction.
Handle client issues that arisebefore during or after travel.
Complete ongoingtrainings to maintain and earn certifications within the travelindustry.
Attend ongoing webinars with vendorsand suppliers to become specialized with specific destinationstypes of travel etc.
Remain current regardingchanges within the travel and tourism industry.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS :
Strong communication skills.
Musthave reliable internet access and a computer (recommended) or asmartphone.
Hospitality Customer Service orSales background is a plus but not a requirement.
Personal travel experience is a plus but not arequirement.
