RESPONSIBILITIES : Serve as a handsontechnical project manager with development staff and businessgroups. Coordinate and communicate with ITD management and staff tocoordinate work tasks and resourcing.
Communicate timelines andexpectations to technical and business staff. Collaborate withvendors consultants and contractors in the execution of projectsincluding contract management and working with the procurementoffice(s).
Maintain project budget plans tasks schedules risks andstatus and disseminate information to team members and customers asdefined in the communications plan.
Ensure documentation ofrequirements and use cases facilitate design workshops for assignedprojects. Ensure definition of test objectives designed test plansand test cases for assigned projects.
Provide the management ofproject milestones and deliverables for ontime and onbudgetdelivery. Define measure and clearly communicate progress withmetrics.
Support system and application trainingefforts.
Current Project Management Professional (PMP)from the Project Management Institute (PMI) Candidate must have aminimum of 15 years experience managing large projects Solidunderstanding of software development life cycle models as well asexpert knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project managementprinciples.
Balance business / technical background with sufficientlevel of technical background to provide highly credible leadershipto technology teams.
