Currently we are searching for a Staff Accountant to fulfill an immediate need. This individual will be responsible for : Assisting with month-end close activities, including timely preparation of journal entries for revenue and expenses, balancing of inter-company activity, expense accruals and adherence with close calendarEnsuring accurate capitalization of fixed assets and recording of depreciation expensesAssisting in preparing financial statements and reports related to fixed assets and accruals, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making processesPreparing right of use asset and liability roll forwards from lease software and reconcile to the general ledgerAd hoc duties as assigned We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of : 1+ years of progressive accounting experience from public accounting or a large organization (at least 80 million)Intermediate Excel skills to include pivot tables, vlookups, and sumifsBachelor’s degree in AccountingIf your background, skills, and interest match the following;
