Duties of Position :
- Provides high quality customer service : Greets visitors, answers telephone, and provides accurate information as appropriate
- Schedules appointments in scheduling software to facilitate access to advising and orientation appointments in the student portal
- Delivers individual and group orientation presentations
- Guides students on virtual and / or in-person college and My Harper portal tours
- Assists with call campaigns
Education Requirements : In order to apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six credits per semester (three for summer) Experience Requirements : A successful candidate must be able to maintain confidentially of the department.
Prior customer service or office experience is preferred. Schedule Information : Will determine schedule based on student's availability.
Must have some availability to work during the following hours : Sunday Monday 8 am - 7 pm Tuesday 8 am - 7 pm Wednesday 8 am - 7 pm Thursday 8 am - 7 pm Friday 8 am - 4 : 30 pm Saturday 8 am - 12 pm (only on final registration week) Maximum hours per week : 20 Special Notes : *A cover letter and resume may be directly attached to your application;
