Overview

Our firm has an opportunity for a Director of Business Development with an established 30 year old Contracted Lab providing multiple analytical services to pharmaceutical & biotech companies.

The Company is in expansion mode and looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join the team in the Northeastern US or Southern CA in the San Diego area where you will help drive new pharmaceutical & biotech business to their lab located in CA. This position has huge income growth potential! 25% – 50% overnight travel per month will be required.

Compensation

$200K – $225K first year with no cap (includes a generous base DOE). Income growth is uncapped.

Requirements

4-yr Bachelors degree

3+ years proven, successful business development experience selling Analytical Services and / or Laboratory testing. Any experience in Compendial Testing / CMO Pharmaceutical or Biologics space is helpful.
