Job Description :

Supplemental Health Care is working with a hospital in Duluth, Georgia to hire Mammography Techs. For more than 30 years, we’ve specialized in helping healthcare professionals find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals.

Mammography Tech Contract Details :

• $1,920 $2,086 per week*
• 12-week contract with possibility to extend
• Most contracts are 40 hours per week
• Will be responsible for operating a Mammographic unit to produce images of the breasts for diagnostic purposes under the direction of a physician
• Will be responsible for explaining the procedure to the patient, as well as observing the scanning process and adjusting the imaging equipment as needed for improved picture quality
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.

Requirements :

• Mammography Tech National Certificate
• An associate’s degree or a bachelor’s degree in radiology preferred
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 year of relevant experience
