Entira Family Clinics is looking for a highly motivated, friendly, compassionate Registered Nurse looking to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional quality care to our patients.
Part-time benefits eligible, 32 hours per week.RESPONSIBILITIES : * Assess patient concerns / problems for all age groups over the phone through the collection of health data* Plan / prioritize, implement and advise treatment based on approved protocols* Completes prescription refills using approved company protocols* Hospital follow-up calls* Help develop and update written protocols* Participates in special projects and committee work as requestedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS : * Current RN license in the State of Minnesota* Graduate of an accredited RN program* 5 years RN experience in a variety of health care settings* Previous triage experience preferred* Experience with electronic medical records, eClinicalWorks experience preferred* CPR certified* Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of organizational ability and attention to detail* Ability to collaborate with other members of the care team and able to work independently using effective nursing judgment and decision-making skills* Demonstration of good time management and have the flexibility to deal with frequent changes within the organizationBENEFITS : * Medical* Dental* Vision* Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)* Health Savings Account (HSA)* Group Life* Voluntary Life* Voluntary Disability* 401K* Profit Sharing* Employee Assistance Program
