Responsibilities
What You'll Do :
Recruit, train, and manage retail sales associates (SSAs) to meet daily and weekly lead goalsOversee SSA schedules, performance, and activities to drive service center successHold weekly team meetings to inform, motivate, and track progress vs. goalsTrain SSAs on product knowledge (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC systems, etc.)Build a competitive, engaging environment through internal lead contests and challengesSpend 6065% of your time in the field coaching SSAs and working with retail store managementDevelop strong working relationships with retail store staff and area managementCommunicate performance updates and staffing changes to retail partnersCoordinate and execute store events with active involvement from store leadershipQualifications
What We're Looking For :
2+ years of proven sales experience requiredPrior supervisory or team leadership experience preferredStrong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and sales skillsAbility to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervisionComfort reading and applying technical training materialsRelated experience, advanced training, or equivalent education may be consideredNote : This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
