Accounting Clerk : Accounts Receivable
Monday - Friday 8 : 00 - 4 : 30 pm
$17.75 - $26.15 / hr.

We are an affiliated group of four 24 / 7 residential care campuses. Our facilities provide care for adults struggling with mental health issues, Dementia and Alzheimer's, brain injury, challenging behaviors, and aging-related needs.

Position Summary
Our Accounts Receivable Specialist position is an essential part of our Corporate accounting team. This position has broad involvement with our residents, families, and payee's from admission to discharge and works closely with our administrators, admissions staff, the CFO, and other accounting department team members.
Knowledge of accounts receivable best practices, including accurate invoicing, timely posting of payments, collection techniques, and generally accepted accounting principles is required.
Additional key tasks include monthly aging reports, bed-turnover analysis, rent studies, reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, manual and digital accounting recordkeeping, and reporting client financial information to appropriate third parties as needed.
Some of these tasks may require travel between sites in Eugene and Springfield.
Preferred Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two-year accounting degree (preferred) or a combination of education and experience
- Two-years accounting experience with emphasis in accounts receivable
- Sage Intacct and QuickBooks accounting software experience helpful
- Excel / Word / Outlook
- Communicate effectively both written and verbally in the English language
- Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal history background check upon conditional job offer
