HiFyve is hiring a Maintenance Technician in the manufacturing industry!

Salary : $25-$35 / hr +$1.50 Shift Differential

Shift : Days 5AM-5PM & Nights 5PM-5AM (2-2-3 schedule)

Location : Milwaukee, WI

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond to equipment malfunctions.
  • Install, repair, and maintain all machinery, including conveyor systems, compressors, and hydraulic / pneumatic equipment.
  • Conduct routine checks of safety systems, alarms, and other facility mechanisms.
  • Complete all documentation for repairs and preventive maintenance.
  • Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects and suggest process improvements.
  • Manage the spare parts program in the maintenance shop.
  • Fabricate parts or source replacements as needed.
  • Perform all tasks with minimal supervision in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Be available for off-shift work and / or emergency call-ins as required.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED

    • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in a 24 / 7 production environment.
  • Working knowledge of tools, power tools, and common devices.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
  • Computer literacy with common software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Flexible schedule required for machine start-ups and production demands.
