Signal Energy is looking for Talent Management Intern for Summer 2026. This opportunity will play a key supporting role in driving initiatives that help attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. This internship offers a hands-on learning experience in human capital strategy within the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.

You will assist the Talent Management team with a range of functions across the employee lifecycleincluding talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. Through meaningful project work and collaboration with cross-functional teams, you'll gain insight into how a fast-paced clean energy company nurtures and scales its workforce.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Assist in designing and improving learning and development programs, including onboarding, leadership training, and career development workshops.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to support company-wide talent initiatives and events.
  • Assist the Recruiting team with drafting and optimizing job descriptions aligned with company goals and values.
  • Analyze industry trends and best practices to inform talent strategies and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback and data to measure the success of talent initiatives.
  • Support the planning and logistics of in-person and virtual learning sessions, including preparing materials and helping facilitate sessions.
  • Help design engaging and modern training content, including slide decks, toolkits, videos, and microlearning materials.
  • Support employer branding initiatives (e.g. social media, career page, career fairs)

Qualifications : Education :

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree / diploma in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Industrial Organizational Psychology or a related field
  • A 3.0 GPA
  • Skills & Competencies :

  • Passionate about people development, learning strategy, and organizational effectiveness
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical and data-driven, with experience in research or reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
