Job Summary : An Entry-Level / Express Technician is responsible for performing basic maintenance and light repairs on vehicles. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of the service department. The technician will work under the supervision of more experienced technicians and will gradually be trained to take on more complex tasks.  MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND CLEAN DRIVING RECORD!!

Key Responsibilities :

Basic Vehicle Maintenance :

Perform oil changes and filter replacements.

• Check and replace vehicle fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer fluid, etc.).
• Rotate and balance tires.
• Perform battery checks and replacements.

Inspections and Diagnostics :

Conduct multipoint inspections to identify potential issues.

Repairs and Adjustments :

Replace air filters, cabin filters, and other minor parts.

Documentation and Reporting :

Accurately document services performed, and any additional services needed.

Safety and Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Training and Development :

Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and stay updated on new automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Qualifications :

Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
