Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Program Manager to support our enterprise client. The ideal candidate will have experience in the tech industry, preferably with a focus on HR tech, and a strong background in working with mid to large companies in the US.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Management :
Establish overall program priorities and gain alignment on technical solutions. Provide oversight across program components to ensure work is clearly defined and properly scheduled for timely delivery.
Backlog Management :
Manage existing backlog and ensure realistic plans are in place.
Team Collaboration :
Work closely with UX and engineering teams to foster effective collaboration and drive project success.
Strategic Planning :
Ensure program components are aligned and work towards the overall goals of the platform.
Execution Oversight :
Oversee the implementation and integration of CIAM, messaging systems, and potentially AI components within the platform.
Qualifications :
Experience :
Proven experience in R&D organizations and the tech industry. Preferably HR tech experience to better understand the business.
Experience working with mid to large companies in the US.
Skills :
Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex systems and understand each component's contribution to the whole.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, resource management, and risk management skills. Demonstrated program and project management experience, particularly related to platforms.
Technical Knowledge :
Experience in building and managing platforms, including internal components, authentication, authorization, and communication of a platform.
API-related development experience. AI experience is considered a bonus but not mandatory.
