Nurse Practitioner- Pediatrics

Our Client is a leading manufacturer of medical devices in Fort Collins, CO, and we are seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to join our growing team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring we deliver high-quality devices on time and within budget.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise production staff, including planning, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop and implement production processes that optimize efficiency and quality control.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO etc.) for medical device manufacturing.
• Manage production budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure a steady supply of materials.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality control, and purchasing departments.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular training.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and throughput.
• Generate production reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device manufacturing (highly preferred).
• Proven track record of leading and motivating production teams.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent knowledge of quality control principles and procedures (ISO, Six Sigma etc.).
• Experience with project management and production planning tools (MRP, ERP etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
