Education and Experience

Top Skills : 10 years of experience at a minimum administering a SharePoint environment to meet the foundational time requirement to be an administrator IV.

Migrating SharePoint sites - 10 years.

Version upgrades - 10 years.

Server management - 10 years.

Extensive PowerShell script writing - 10 years.

SharePoint architecture design and assess ongoing infrastructure needs.

Create and manage SharePoint Online governance model for multi-agency tenant space.

Coach agency SharePoint admins on best practices.

Nice to have skills : Experience with OKTA, Muhimbi, Qdabra.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to deliver quality service and maintain positive working relationships with customers.

Knowledge of and ability to apply IT service-delivery management best practices and procedures.

Extensive understanding of Microsoft 365 administration concepts and tools.

Knowledge that IT exists not for its own sake, but for the business value it brings.

Extensive knowledge of hardware and software infrastructure design as it relates to integrating M365 platform solutions in a delegated and complex environment.

Advanced knowledge of core networking and transport layer technologies, especially related to providing highly available Microsoft Teams integrations.

Advanced knowledge of system management concepts and software.

Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and LDAP application integration.
