About The Position
Job Title : Certified Surgical Technologist Job Specialty : Surgery Job Duration : Full-Time Shift : Day Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week Experience : Specify years of relevant experience in surgical technology License : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technologist Certification within 6 months of hire Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire Must-Have : - Associate degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program- Interest in Direct Hire Job Description : - Work within a surgical services team, collaborating with nurses, surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other personnel- Assist in delivering patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases- Perform duties in a 12+1 room operating environment with over 7,000 surgeries conducted annually, covering various specialties such as bariatric, gynecology, orthopedics, and cardiovascular- Ensure a comfortable and positive experience for patients and families- Participate in a scheduled 3-day 12-hour shift rotation with variable start and end times- Respond to on-call duties, including holidays, with a 45-minute response time- Engage in a comprehensive benefits program eligible for positions with at least 16 hours per week- Opportunity for a multi-year signing bonus- Possibility of loan repayment for qualifying student loansPlease ensure you meet the required qualifications before applying.
