Senior Accountant

Distribution company locarted in Southern New Hampsire seeks a Senior Accountant. This is a hybrid work schedule (3-4 days / week in-office) with a growing, profitable organization. The company anticipates they will triple in size over the next 3 years. This role offers broad exposure to senior leadership and involvement with reporting, inventory, capital expenditures and business process improvement.

salary $80,000 - $100,000

About the Senior Accountant role :

• oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes including journal entries, reconcilation and reporting
• prepare and review financial statements
• support the audit and tax functions
• work closely with the Controller to indentify and implement process improvement opportunities

Qualifications of the Senior Accountant :

Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.

4 or more years of progressive accounting experience.

Experience with or exposure to cost accounting principles is highly preferred.
