Responsibilities

• Evolve and expand real time onsite journeys within the BetMGM sports vertical
• Manage day-to-day strategy of non-bonus onsite campaigns (Player Inbox, Overlays and Toasters campaigns)
• Expand Opti Trigger campaigns within the sports and casino verticals
• Own the real time onsite journey's product roadmap, ensure items are being tracked effectively and delivered in timely fashions
• Quality checks of all non bonus campaigns, ensuring all content, linking and segmentation are accurate, relevant and localized
• Creation of the real-time non bonus calendar based on primary, secondary and niche sports events
• Collaborate with CRM Auto Cycles team to ensure efforts are streamlined and Complimentary
• Streamline onsite journey efforts within the wider CRM teams (Sports, Casino, Omni)
• Work in tandem with real time's external communications prong, ensuring campaigns are complimentary with multi touch points
• Analyze effectiveness of non bonus campaigns in partnership with BI
• Owner of project management tool Air Table
• Ensure campaigns are data-driven, aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of marketing experience; ideally gained with an online sportsbook or within the gaming industry
• Excessive sports betting knowledge will allow for you to excel in this role
• Ability to learn quickly, take on new instructions and guidelines
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) with an inquisitive mindset
• Possessing excellent organizational and time management skills, you will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• You will feel comfortable in all things data and possess strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability; combining the use of a real-time campaign performance dashboard, you will be assessing the real-time performance on individual campaigns

The annual salary range for this position is $77, 280.00 to $101, 430.00. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

Gaming Compliance & Licensing Requirements

As an online gaming company, BetMGM is required to comply with state gaming regulations which includes licensing obligations.

Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency, although certain positions require licensing by multiple agencies.

Failure to become licensed or maintain licensure with each agency as required for the role may result in termination of employment.

Please note that the licensing process includes comprehensive background checks which may include a review of criminal records, financial history, and personal background verification.

In addition, candidates must comply with and support the company's responsible gambling policies, procedures and initiatives.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
