Requirements
- 1. Familiar with market demand, competitor information, technical standards, mainstream research and development processes, as well as technical and economic research work;
- 2. Industry top technical experts in the field of industrial rubber pipes or RTP pipes, with experience as a research and development leader;
- 3. Experience in the industrial rubber pipe or RTP pipe industry is a must-have, and experience in flat hoses, RTP pipes, and high-pressure rubber pipes is also available;
4. Having successful experience in the full process development, certification, and comprehensive leadership of industrialization projects for API and ASME products.
Duty :
In the short term, new product development can be completed, and in the long term, the R&D system can be improved by building a 5-10 person R&D team.
