- W2 Contract, 3 Months (Extension Unlikely)
- This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite twice per week in Baltimore, MD.
- Candidates must be comfortable working a flexible schedule between the hours of 8 : 00AM-6 : 00PM (EST), Monday-Friday.
Overview
Our client is looking for multiple resources to join the Transaction Services Department - which encompasses Credit Card Administration, Travel & Expense, and Supplier Management / Profile Teams.
One particular opening is for an Accounting Analyst to support a Support Services Supervisor with an Expense Management Process.
There are 1,000s of employees in the organization that possess corporate credit cards. If an employee accidentally uses a corporate card for personal expenses, there is
a process in place to ensure the company is reimbursed and accounting steps are taken to ensure accurate remediation. The Accounts Payable Analyst will support these efforts by assisting employees, performing transaction reconciliations between payment platform and bank software, and communicating with suppliers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience running accounts payable functions - namely reconciliations.
- Strong experience working within Concur for expense management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - to include Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas.
- Experience working within Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for collaboration efforts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
