Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location : Tacoma, WA
Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000 per year

This position is being filled through a partnership with the third-party recruitment firm Gpac , ensuring a thorough and efficient selection process.
Position Overview : We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the health and wellness of our community, providing hands-on assistance to our licensed Physical Therapists.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Monitor and report patient progress to the supervising therapist.
- Provide guidance and support to patients during exercises and therapeutic activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Qualifications :
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Graduated from an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
