Job Requirements and Duties :
- Bachelor's degree in Science
- 5 years of food manufacturing industry experience
- Working knowledge of GMP and HACCP processes
- Food safety and sanitation
- Will maintain, update, and enforce all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines
- Support the maintenance and implementation of the SQF Program for the plant
- SQF and HAACP Certifications
- Food and beverage industry
- Manage the day to day operation of all quality functions
- Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both National / International level
- Review SOPs & specifications
- Manage budgeting
- Supports and participate to all the internal / external audits
- Review test results
- Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle
- Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes
- Schedule and coordinate preparations for product inspections and testing
- Work to resolve noncompliance issues with materials or final product
