Job Description : We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and improve their well-being.
As a Psychologist, you will conduct assessments, provide therapy, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients from diverse backgrounds.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for each patient. Key Responsibilities : Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients of various ages and backgrounds.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. Participate in case conferences, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
Stay current with advancements in the field of psychology and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
