HMSHost is looking for a Food & Beverage Multi-Unit Manager to join our team of restaurants at Denver International Airport (DEN)!
$79,816 to $97,553 per year + annual bonus of up to 26%!
As the F&B Multi-Unit Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that all the restaurants within your assigned zone are clean, staffed, open for business, and operating to high operational and financial standards by holding their team(s) accountable & using broad discretion and judgement to make leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Act as a key intermediary between the Sr. Director of Operations and the assigned cluster of restaurants, ensuring high operational and financial standards are maintained.
- Staffing and Deployment : Schedule and assign managers to ensure effective leadership coverage during all operating hours.
Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Performance Management : Hold General Managers accountable for meeting opening and closing checklist requirements, as well as other operational responsibilities.
Provide support, coaching, and encouragement to the restaurant staff to achieve business goals.
Financial Oversight : Monitor progress towards zone goals, analyze financial and operational data, and make purchasing decisions for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
Collaborate with the Operations Controller to ensure financial controls are in place.
Customer Experience : Resolve customer and associate issues, ensuring a positive and safe environment. Implement marketing programs and comply with promotional activities to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of multi-unit, multi-concept management experience
- Minimum of 8-10 years overall restaurant experience
- Strong team management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program is a plus
