Admissions Coordinator
A Healthcare Organization is looking for a Sales related Admissions Representative to join them on a temp-to-hire basis. As an Admissions Representative you will act as a friendly resource to clients and their families by assisting with the collection, organization, and presentation of information to ensure a smooth admission process.
This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of families by introducing them to the many programs offered by the organization.
This is a temp-to-hire on-site role in Nashville, TN. This is 100% onsite.
Shift : Thursday through Monday 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM PST.
PAY : $20-$22 / HR - Based on experience
Responsibilities :
- Guide visitors, clients, and their families through the admissions process.
- Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and inform callers of the program and services offered as needed.
- Engage with client’s and families and act as a comforting and supportive resource throughout the admissions process.
- Process paperwork and other documentation in a timely manner to ensure all records are correct and up to date.
- Exemplify a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience in an administrative position in health care.
- Must be able to work on-site in Irvine, CA!
- Previous clerical / admissions experience in healthcare, specifically managing the insurance verification process is highly desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual preferred.
