Patient Ratio Experience : 5

Charting System Experience : Required, Cerner

First-timers accepted

Description :

Position in a MedSurg / Cardiac Floor.

Schedule consists of 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts during the day.

Call and float requirements are not applicable.

Weekend and holiday work is mandatory.

Travelers must live at least 50 miles from the facility.

Charting is done in Cerner.

Previous charge experience is preferred.

Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals based on volume and census.

Travelers must complete as many as 8 hours of modules within the first week of signing.

Traveler agrees to obtain all required certifications prior to the start.

Background policy must be noted prior to submission.

Medical and religious exemptions for COVID-19 and flu vaccines are available.

Travelers are required to manage telemetry and cardiac-related tasks.

Experience with IV management, insulin protocols, and transporting patients is necessary.

All conduct issues are taken seriously and may result in termination of the contract.
