Hiring for Material Handlers :

Job Description

• Candidates will work primarily in unloading and receiving departments.
• Responsibilities include unloading 18-wheelers, palletizing materials, and placing them onto the conveyance system.
• The role requires flexibility for labeling, moving products to shipping, and loading trucks.
• Candidates must manage freight flow manually, identify, separate, count, combine, and scan freight using warehouse management systems, scales, and scanners.
• They must handle and process freight safely, report unsafe conditions, and maintain a clean work area.
• This labor-intensive job involves lifting and loading near the dock throughout the day.

Basic Requirements

• Must be comfortable working in Non Climate controlled environment
• Must be comfortable lifting since its a loader and unloader roles , it is very physically demanding
• Will be working inside the trailer doing loading and unloading
• Must have 6 months of experience in any warehouse setting

Shift & Pay

• Start times will always be 15 minutes prior to the actual shift for the start of the safety Meeting
• Day shift Unloaders $20 / hr
• Second shift Unloaders $21.35 / hr
• Weekend shift Unloaders $22.35 / hr
