What You'll Be Doing
Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Director, the BCBA is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients
- Conduct assessments of individuals diagnosed with ASD to identify behavioral strengths and areas to improve
- Design individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and evidence-based practices.
- Provide staff training, mentorship, and BT / RBT supervision to ensure the highest level of clinical quality and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to ensure coordinated care and consistency in implementing behavior support strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to provide support, education, and guidance regarding interventions and behavior management strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, behavior data, and intervention strategies
- Stay current with advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and participate in continuing education activities to maintain BCBA certification
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) in all aspects of practice
- Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Hold current BCBA, State Licensure, and in good standing with the State and BACB
- Completion of a master's degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
