Job Description / Summary
The Community Support Services Case Manager is responsible for providing case management services and teaching rehabilitative skills to an assigned caseload in the community.
Responsibilities
Providing case management to mental health clients in a community setting throughout Ocean County.
The position is full time, requires flexible hours. CSS CMs teach, role model coach and educate clients in a variety of areas to improve their ability to live and thrive independently.
