A surgery center is seeking an anesthesiologist for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located in Oaklawn, Illinois.
This position is scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays with no on-call requirements and uses paper charting for EMR. The cases primarily involve cataracts and oculoplastics, with a focus on MAC anesthesia and plans to expand to general anesthesia soon.
Retinal procedures are also expected to start soon. Credentialing takes approximately 30-60 days, often closer to 30 days based on the facilitys needs.
The role is for independent practice without supervision.
