Cleaning shifts at the Astor Theatre will include general maintenance responsibilities such as rubbish removal, vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning fixtures and other ad hoc duties as necessary.
Show Run Duties include performing preset, turnover & post show duties in a safe, professional & timely manner. Position is a physical job that requires some lifting of heavy materials and cleaning of stage and theatre areas.
The department supports both the needs of the theatrical production and the buildings general facility. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, reliable and capable of having fun while maintaining high work standards.
Applicants should have a flexible schedule that includes weeknights and weekends with ample availability during the holiday and spring break seasons.
