Job Description :
The Senior Client Relationship Manager (SCRM) is a direct report to the Division Client Relationship Executive (DCRE) with responsibilities spanning across multiple markets.
The SCRM functions as an extension of the division leadership team, and partners closely with Market CRMs(MCRMs) and Market Executives (MEs) to ensure markets maintain appropriate Operations and Service support.
The SCRM manages the EGP specialist roles across their markets, and is responsible for the sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing development for the EGP roles, Client Associates, and the Operations staff.
The SCRM is responsible for the participation of relevant Academy training programs, and coaching MCRMs in the execution of Market Strategy Plans.
SCRMs are responsible for coordinating MCRM coverage across markets, ensuring satisfactory branch exams through scheduled mock audits, and may support daily Operations oversight, as needed.

Responsibilities
- Sourcing, hiring, and onboarding of new CA and Operations talent
- Managing EGP roles through goal setting and performance management
- Coordinating communications, training and development of EGP roles, Client Associates and Service Support Staff
- Coaching MCRMs in the advancement of firm strategy and the execution of Market Strategy Plans
- Representing the office and Merrill Wealth Management with clients, prospects, Financial Advisor recruits, vendors, regulators, and outside legal counsel
- Requires diversification and experience with Bank of America and ML Products & Services, Trend Analysis, Risk Assessment, Human Resources, and broad Industry Knowledge
- Resolving complex, escalated client service and operational needs
- May be required to provide coverage to other markets per business need
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years professional experience required
- Candidates are required to currently hold Series 7 AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses
- Current or previous MWM experience strongly preferred
- Self-motivated and client centric
- Expert knowledge of regulatory and supervisory requirements and corporate policies and procedures
- Investment product knowledge (i.e., 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations, etc.)
