Prokatchers is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Watertown, New York.

Salary : $2,506.00 / week

Medical Specialty : Medical / Surgical

Standard Shift : Nights

Weekly Schedule : 3x12

Shift Timings : 07 : 00 PM - 07 : 30 AM - weekend, holiday and call required

Floating Requirement : Floating to Med / Surg and PCU Night Shift

Description :

Traveler must hold current NY license.

BLS required or obtained within 3 months of hire.

Previous hospital RN experience is preferred.

Coronary Care experience needed as well

Traveler should have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment.

First time travelers will NOT be considered.

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.

Possesses a thorough knowledge of nursing principles.

Ability to provide quality patient care, and ability to assess patient's needs, e.g. clinical, teaching, mental and spiritual.

Must recognize safety issues to self and others and be able to assess and implement use of lifts to and move patients in a safe manner.

May be required to assume duties as a charge nurse.
