Key Responsibilities : Respond to incoming calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members regarding various topicsEducate customers on tax implications, penalties, and benefits related to their plans / contractsDocument conversations and maintain compliance with FINRA and other regulationsRequired Qualifications, Training, and Education : High school diploma or equivalent required;
undergraduate degree preferred in finance, business administration, or related fieldsOne year of experience in customer service or sales-related occupationsMust obtain Series 6 / SIE licenses within the first 120 days of employmentKnowledge of various insurance products and relevant state / local lawsAdditional licenses / registrations may be required based on assigned products
