About the Opportunity

If you like solving puzzles, helping small businesses get strong, and saving people money, you MUST :
- Have at least two years of professional experience in individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust, and nonprofit tax returns
- Supervise staff
- Remain current on changing tax laws and keep staff educated and up-to-date
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-based environment
- Be able to maintain relationships with clients
- Be willing to work on the beautiful coast of Maine, with lots of trees, not much traffic, the great outdoors, and just minutes from the funky, foodie city of Portland.
Compensation & Benefits
We have a pretty attractive compensation structure too. We pay out 40% of billables, which means when you manage and service a book of business worth $500K, you're making $200K.
That's all with unlimited PTO and flexible work hours and schedules that you get to craft based on your lifestyle!
You'd likely start with managing somewhere around a $300K book of business and grow from there. But you're not capped either, which means you could potentially earn upwards of $300K a year without crazy and relentless busy season hours, late nights, or weekends.
And we have plenty of work too, so you're not even required to source new business. This is all baked into the opportunity and will be provided to you based on your desire and eagerness to take on the client work.
