About The Position
Job Title : Rad Tech Job Specialty : Cath Lab Tech Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration : 14 weeks Shift : Day - 5x8 - 07AM - 03PM Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week Experience : Minimum of 2 years License : Required Certifications : ARRT, BLS Must-Have : - Knowledge of Hemodynamic Monitoring system preferred - RCIS preferred - EP experience one day per month and generator changes - Experience with Left Heart Caths, Coronary Interventions, STEMIs, IVUS, IFR / FFR, Temporary Pacemaker Insertion, IABP Insertion Job Description : Work in a cardiac cath lab with 1 suite.
- Manage typically 4-7 cases on average per day.- Operate equipment like GE floor mounted C-Arm and Table, Volcano System, Change Healthcare Cardiology Hemo System, Getinge IABP.
- No weekend or floating requirements mentioned.- No IR cases involved.- Use Allscripts - Sunrise charting system.- Attend orientation for 8 hours.
- Participate in workforce meetings for extension approvals every Thursday.
