Job Details
- Position / Specialty : Nursery RN
- Shift : Will work 3x12 nights 7p-7 : 00, or 3x12 days 7a-7 : 00p (as needed by the facility)
- Ratios : 1 : 6
- Weekend REQ : Every other weekend
- Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) : No call but could change based on the unit needs
- Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs / float between like units / sister facilities? Yes, within the women's area of the facility if needed
Job Requirements
- Years of experience REQ : 2 years of experience
- First-timers accepted : No
- License REQ : SC or Multi State / Compact RN license. Must be in hand prior to start
- Certs REQ : BLS, NRP
- Certs Highly Preferred : STABLE
- Special Requirements : Charge nurse experience required, Level 1 & 2 nursery setting experience required. Must be comfortable with delivery to discharge.
Some level 2 such as phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, bubble CPAP.
Schedule Information
- Shift Information : 3x12 nights or days as needed
- Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend
- Schedule Flexibility : Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. Dependent on unit's needs
- On-Call Requirement : No call but could change based on the unit needs
- Guaranteed Hours : Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
Additional Details
- All RTO must be included at the time of submission
- Approval will be based on facility needs
- Locals Accepted : Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate
