We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our tilt wall industrial construction projects.
You will oversee all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure that each project is completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage large industrial tilt wall construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee on-site operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular project updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Lead project meetings, conduct site inspections, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on large industrial projects.
- Proven track record of managing tilt wall construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
