Your daily workout
- You will work on translating the Go-to-Market Strategy that works perfectly in Germany and France To the needs of the North American Market, with initial focus on the Denver Metro Area.
- You will build up a Team of Account Executives who are able to sell to HR Decision Makers while coaching them regarding sales strategies to drive closure.
- You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with customers and corporate resources as the need arises.
- You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on the sales process.
- You will consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, track the results and initiate improvement plans as necessary.
- You will build up a Team of Business Development Representatives who are able to win key partnerships with gym and sports facilities for the EGYM Wellpass offering.
- You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with our Corporate Sales organization.
- In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to the VP of Sales, based in Munich!
Your fitness level
- You bring 10+ years of B2B consultative selling experience in an individual contributor and management role.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or other related field (a Master’s degree is strongly preferred).
- You have a consistent track record of building successful teams and leading them to success.
- You possess excellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
- You have excellent negotiation skills.
- You are a self-starter that can thrive in a fast paced environment.
- You can collaborate and influence in a win as a team environment.
- You ideally already have an existing HR Decision Maker Network in the Denver Metro Area.
- You have the ability to work on location at our offices in Downtown, Denver, CO .
The equipment we provide
- You will earn an annual salary of $130,000 - $150,000 (plus variable compensation)
- Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and / or location.
