Description
- Lead and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to ensure all requirements and expectations are met.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all industry regulations and standards.
- Report project progress to senior management, providing updates on budget, timelines, and quality control measures.
Profile
The ideal candidate is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience in commercial construction and a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects.
You should have strong leadership skills, be adept at conflict resolution, and excel in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering , or a related field is preferred, along with a valid PMP or equivalent certification.
