A company is looking for a Senior Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster to handle various aspects of injury claims resulting from personal auto losses.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct investigations, evaluate, and settle Medical Payments, Bodily Injury, and Uninsured / Underinsured Motorist Bodily Injury claimsReview policy documents, determine coverage, and manage litigation under moderate supervisionProvide excellent customer service and collaborate with defense counsel on claims in litigationRequired QualificationsExperience handling moderate to severe Bodily Injury claims and complex coverage issuesMust be licensed and bondableExperience in multiple jurisdictions is desiredAbility to work independentlyFamiliarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
