The Sales Representative for our smallest agencies is a quota-carrying individual responsible for selling Axon’s full suite of products (hardware, software, and service solutions) to new and existing law enforcement customers via telesales and onsite client visits.
This is a hybrid role where you will work in a Boston office located downtown 2 days a week and remote from home on the other days.
What You’ll Do :
Location : Hybrid in Boston
Reports to : Inside Sales Manager
Travel expectation : 70%
- Develops and executes regional sales plan by outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Provide effective product demos for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing.
- Promote Axon’s ecosystems of hardware, software, and service solutions.
- Attend trainings to develop industry expertise.
- Travel to client sites and conferences and roadshows may be required.
What You Bring :
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applicable experience.
- 1+ years experience in a full cycle Sales role.
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills.
- Highly energetic self-starter.
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills.
- Able to multi-task among shifting priorities.
