Job Title : Remarketing Analyst / Customer Service / Claims Adjuster

Duration : 12+ Months

Location : Lewisville, TX (hybrid- 3 days on site)

Required Pay Scale :

Job Summary : Project Details :

Project Details :

  • Reporting to the remarketing manager, the remarketing analyst is key-pointed at primary auction facilities.
  • Duties include processing and sale of auction vehicles in compliance with the internal Auction Sale Agreement and Comprehensive Auction Agreement.
  • Work involves independent judgment and decision making initiative.
  • Customarily and regularly exercises discretionary authority.
  • Time Spent : Major Duties and Responsibilities : Monitor inspection guidelines are being followed by the various 3rd Party Inspection Vendors.
  • Review 3rd Party Inspection Vendors monthly invoices for accuracy and provide recommendations for payment outside the established agreement.
  • Generate and analyze performance metrics for 3rd Party Inspection Companies.
  • Manage 3rd party Inspection Companies vendor relationships to maximize accurate / timely Inspection.

Must Haves

  • 3-5 years experience in a remarketing environment.
  • Business related college degree or equivalent training preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications including MS Office.
  • Proficient in the use of the internet. Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Thorough understanding of inspection process.
  • High level of oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to present to large groups and executive levels.
